A Day in the Life of Eat Clean Bro’s co-founder and CEO, Kayla Giovinazzo
When the Forbes 30 under 30 list was released for 2020 we were all left wondering... how do they do it? Well, Kayla Giovinazzo of Eat Clean Bro has taken us behind the scenes and has allowed the Forbes cameras to show us how Kayla manages to juggle a flourishing business and a growing family.
Kayla gets an early start to her day making a family breakfast and spending quality time with her son Giorgio, then it is off to the races. A work day packed with meetings, emails, phone calls, and big decisions. On her way home she swings by the gym for her daily workout, an impressive feat considering her long work day, and the fact that she was 9-months pregnant at the time of filming. After her workout it is back home for some more Giorgio time; dinner, a bath, and it is time for bed. It has been a long day, and her alarm is set to do it all over again tomorrow.
I am tired just watching Kayla’s daily routine, but she feels lucky to have her jam-packed schedule.
